Help solving a bounty.

I have the epub file for one of the currently unsolved bounties, but I just want to make sure I have the instructions clear. Do I need to be a certain level to be able to post a thread with the attachment in the proper section and then reply to the bounty afterward?

As of now I think I'm unable to post it in the proper forum, so do I just need to be more active until I'm able to do so?

Hi, Thanks for asking.
No you don't need a certain level to post a book.
After you are registered can can post a book right away.
But you can't post it right away in the right section.
You need to post it in New post area like in here.

You can post the book and than you  go back to the bounty post and say thank you in a reply to get the bounty reward.
